T-65c X-wing
Affiliation:
Description:

The Incom T-65 X-wing fighter is the Alliance's primary space superiority platform. Originally planned for the Imperial starfleet as a replacement for the venerable Z-95 Headhunter, this fighter was delivered to the Rebellion near the start of the Galactic Civil War when the entire design team defected, bringing the prototype fighters along with them.

B-wing Starfighter
Affiliation:
Description:

Slayn & Korpil's B-wing starfighter is a heavily armed and armored assault platform developed during the Galactic Civil War by the Rebel Alliance. Designed as part of the top-secret Project Shantipole by then-Commander Ackbar and a team of Verpine engineers, the B-wing was a response to the Empire's increased deployment of the EF76 Nebulon-B escort frigates and other anti-starfighter vessels that were emerging at the time.

RZ-1 A-wing
Affiliation:
Description:

In the early days of the Rebel Alliance, the Empire's TIE series starfighters possessed a substantial speed advantage over any fighter craft the Rebellion could field. Recognizing this deficiency, General Jan Dodonna set out to design a dedicated interceptor capable of outrunning anything in the Imperial arsenal. Basing his work on the layout of the R-22 Spearhead, Dodonna's plans called for harnessing the power of two Novaldex J-77 Event Horizon engines, high performance units normally found on much larger vessels, to give the new model an unprecedented thrust-to-mass ratio.

E-wing Escort Starfighter
Affiliation:
Description:

The first dedicated space superiority craft developed for the New Republic military, FreiTek's E-wing is a balanced and powerful fighter. Introduced several years after the Battle of Endor, the E-wing experienced more than its share of teething problems, as the initial design was built around the R7 astromech droid, an advanced custom-built unit which brought a host of its own glitches along with it. As a result, many squadrons were hesitant to adopt, and the E-wing never completely replaced Incom's often-upgraded T-65 X-wing in the New Republic fleet.

YT-1300 Freighter
Affiliation:
Description:

Corellians have been at the forefront of commercial starship design since inventing the hyperdrive over 25,000 years ago, and the Corellian Engineering Corporation YT-1300 light freighter is a fairly typical and modestly successful representative of their current design philosophies. First produced in the waning years of the Old Republic, this model, though prone to hyperdrive difficulties, has seen use by the Alliance and other independent entities well into the Galactic Civil War.
